Luke Vajsar Trio plays original loop-style bass music in the funk, jazz, psychedelic, and lounge genres, filled with percussive beats. These are the main genres found in the music, however, one can hear influences from virtually all styles of music. Luke has recorded over a dozen albums in various formats, either solo, duo, or trio.

Together with Luke Vajsar on bass, Andrew Vaisar and Avi Iyer on percussive beats, they form the Luke Vajsar Trio. The three have been playing constantly in Toronto neighborhoods and internationally, have recorded together for over a decade, and are always working to take the music to new places full of colour, dynamics, and surprises. Their story-like compositions feature each instrument in its own right, which one can tune in toto and listen closely for the details within. The groovy vibes help create the perfect atmosphere for a social crowd or a more focused listen. Whatever the type of night, the trio aims to create great times for all who get to be there.
