Ila Barker
Winnipeg-based Anishnaabe and settler folk-soul musician Ila Barker takes listeners on an introspective journey, inviting them to connect deeply with their own emotions. Through her work as founding curator with AIRsessions, a series of free music workshops for youth, Barker advocates for gender equity and Indigenous representation in music.

CEC uniquely blends RnB and folk while writing in both English and Spanish. The non-binary artist and producer is an organizer with Good + Plenty Producer’s Club and runs The Clubhouse, a community studio and hub that offers accessible rental rates and training for women, 2Spirit, non-binary, and gender diverse folks in Winnipeg
