For children of all ages. Connect across generations through stories, songs, and movement with older adult participants from KCHC’s Feel Good Fridays at the Rideau Heights Community Centre. Drop in!

Find us in the 'large hall' by the RHCC kitchen.

This is a drop in program. Admission will be on a first come, first served basis.
