Join CFRC 101.9 FM on September 28th at 9:30 AM for another engaging Airwave YGK Workshop brought to our community through the generous support of Kingston Arts Council, the City of Kingston, The Kingston Music Office, and The Broom Factory The event is FREE to attend!
The workshop, held at The Broom Factory (305 Rideau Street) will be led by Rob Bailey, co-owner of Kingston Soundworks and legendary local sound technician.
Rob will facilitate this hands-on workshop for young and emerging musicians who are just starting out playing gigs. Come learn sound board tech, terminology, troubleshooting, communications, equipment. set up and sound check basics with this local industry pro!

After the workshop, attendees are welcome to stick around for sound check for Birdbone Theatre; Foster, Shea & Sudac; & The Oscar Evans Group playing our matinee concert at 1:30. Tickets for that concert are available on CFRC's website.

The workshop is free BUT donations are welcome and encouraged to support the costs of catering furnished to us by Old Farm Fine Foods for this event.
