Visit The Cove Inn on Friday, May 24th, 2024 to hear Birds of a Feather (Kelly Latimer and John Wilberforce) play live from 5-8pm.
Birds of a Feather is an acoustic duo from the Kemptville area. Kelly Latimer on vocals and John Wilberforce on acoustic guitar and vocals provide an easy listening experience with their silky-smooth vocals and tight harmonies.
John Wilberforce is a multi-instrumentalist who has been playing music around Eastern Ontario for 30 years. He writes and records original songs in his home studio and has produced several albums for many local artists.
Kelly Latimer has been performing shows for several years and also sings as backing vocalist in “SOS – The ABBA Experience”. She has recorded vocals for various artists in the studio.
Kelly and John met while playing in the “SOS – The Abba Experience” and soon discovered their mutual love of the group “The Civil Wars”. This prompted them to form their own duo covering many songs in that style.
If smooth delivery and silky vocals with lots of harmony is you’re thing, you surely won’t be disappointed once you hear Birds of a Feather!
