Nate Silva is a Canadian guitarist and singer/songwriter who has proven that his versatile guitar work and captivating tenor vocals shine across multiple musical genres. Now, embarking on a solo career, accompanied by drummer/vocalist Matt Babineau and bassist /vocalist Dan Joseph, he delivers a dynamic and versatile rock experience that builds on the high-energy foundation of his past endeavours.

To introduce his new direction to fans, he is gearing up to release his first album, “The Chase,” in May, and prior to that, the single “Cauterize.” Also, for those fortunate to be in the area, he is announcing album release shows in June and August. He shares his thoughts on the single:

“There is more 1990s alternative rock inspiration on this one, and likely the angriest song on the record. This is the uglier side of grieving the end of a relationship and trying to deal with infidelity. The words are pretty on the nose with this one, so I’ll let the lyrics speak for themselves. Musically, I wanted a groovier song on the album, and I also wanted a song that could have potential for jamming or opening up in the middle section in a live performance setting.”

As a natural-born performer, he is a delight to watch as he channels a commanding stage presence and encourages audience interaction. The live lineup presents as your classic rock power trio, and in a trio, every member has to be on top of their game onstage.
