Caesar Shift plays ukulele unironically and unapologetically, unearths sometimes unseemly emotions and slices and slices them together in the form of lyrics, and buries vocals in the mix.
Caesar Shift is a DIY multi-instrumentalist in multitracked form that stumbles out of the block and goes off before the starting pistol gets loaded at the local bar.
