The debut studio album from Banff's own Irene Poole. The Mountains and The Sea is a journey through dreams, love, loss, and the hope to keep trying through it all. Take an adventure through ten years of songwriting, from the mountains to the sea and back again. The album was recorded with Juno-winning producer, John D.S. Adams, in Nova Scotia. It has peaked at #13 on the CKUA charts.
