It's been over a year since Kingston's Oakridge Ave. released their Ian Blurton-produced LP, Endless Nights. The album garnered some critical attention, and helped establish the four-piece as one of Kingston's most eminent acts. On Monday, May 17, in an email to fans, the band released a preview of their newly remixed version of the album's title track, Endless Nights. The band credited the remix to Ottawa-based producer, Jasvins. "We are incredibly happy with this awesome take on one of our favourite and most-loved tunes," the band expressed to subscribers of their email list. "Just in time for the beautiful weather, get outside or into the car for a joyride, and crank this bad boy to 11!" The release of the remix comes ahead of the band's livestream performance from the Isabel Bader Centre, now scheduled for June 26, 2021. The performance, promoted by Kingston's KPP Concerts through support of Kinaxis InConcert, a performance series featuring 30 concerts live streamed from stages across Canada, and funded via a $250,000 sponsorship from Ottawa's Kinaxis.
