Today, Kingston-based hip hop artist, Keaton, released a new single, Real Kings, featuring the L.A. based former Bad Boy Records label rapper, King Los.

For the 26 year-old Keaton, this collaboration is significant. Regarded by some as one of the best rappers ever, King Los rose to fame under Puff Daddy's tutelage alongside Bad Boy Records labelmates French Montana and Machine Gun Kelly, and has been hailed by industry giants from The Weeknd to Kendrick Lamar. A local artist who has chosen to stay true to his roots, Keaton has made a promise to bring hip hop acclaim to Kingston. "I'm now making good on that promise," stated Keaton in a news release. The new single "...marks a momentous achievement in the legitimacy of Kingston hip hop," explained Keaton. "It's a city that is, so far, only revered as one of Canada's rock 'n roll captials.”
